Unable to login with correct login details
- Make sure your login details are correct. Still unable to login
to SMSNet, we recommend
you to retrieve your password again by using any of the above options.
I keep getting Errors while logging in
- We are experiencing technical difficulties and the site may not
be available temporarily.
However this may not continue for more than 1 minute. we request you to refresh
the
same page again in order to land on the requested web page. May be due to slow
internet connectivity. We request you to keep refreshing the page.
My account has been deactivated
- If we detect abnormal usage that may indicate that your account
has been misused either by you or by some other. In such cases we may disallow your
access to SMSNET account. Regaining the access to your account depends on the acitivity
behaviour detected by our backend monitoring tools.
Delivery Issues
My Messages are not delivering
- This may be due to one of the following cause
Receiver mobile may not be in the coverage area
Receiver inbox full
Receiver mobile network failed to accept/ deliver message
SMSNET SMSC failed to submit your message to SMSC due to objectionable message content
SMSNET partner Operator failed to deliver Message due to unexpected problem. however
this may happen rarely.
SMSNET failed to submit to partner operators due to internal SMSC issues. However
this may happen rarely once in a quarter or so.
I'm Getting "Policy Violation.." error message
- Usually because of one among the following reasons
i) Sending too many messages to a single number
ii)Sending excessive messages in few seconds time
We disable access to message sending temporarily. It will take between 1 hour to
24 hours to resume your normal message sending activity. Still if any issues even
after 24 hours , please mail us on support@smsnet.in
Messages are not delivering instantly
- This may be due to one of the following reasons Congestion levels
at SMSC Congestion at operator.
Messages are not delivering to a particular operator network
- We request you to send us a mail at support@smsnet.in describing
the problem, mobile network and the mobile numbers, approximate message sent time
etc.
Messages are not delivering to a particular mobile series
- We request you to send us a mail at support@smsnet.in describing
the problem, mobile number, approximate message sent time etc.
In Sent Messages showing - "n" messages pending
- This means, your messages are still in our SMSC queue. They are
about to submit to the operator SMSC for delivery.
Report Misuse
Someone is sending Messages from my account.
- Please mail your account details such as Email ID, Mobile number
to support@smsnet.in with
subject as Someone is sending Messages from my account.
Block all messages from SMSNet to my Mobile
- Please send us a mail mentioning your mobile number in the body
of the email and send it to
Support@smsnet.in with subject as Block all messages from SMSNET to my Mobile.
Block SMSNet messages from a particular Mobile
- Please send us a mail mentioning your mobile number, number to
blocked in the body of the
email and send it to Support@smsnet.in with subject as Block SMSNET messages from
a particular Mobile.
